Melody Music Birmingham (MMB) Feedback

 

Martha has worked weekly as part of a team providing one-to-one support for young people with additional learning needs, helping them to participate in a wide variety of musical activities.  Martha has been a truly valued member of the MMB tutor team. She is enthusiastic when leading activities and is able to make her pieces and leadership styles accommodate all members of the group.  Martha shows a great awareness of many of the skills needed to work with students with additional needs and is constantly aware of their needs. Martha has shown great enthusiasm for the project and has formed good supportive relationships with the participants.

Emily-May has worked weekly as part of a team providing one-to-one support for young people with additional learning needs, helping them to participate in a wide variety of musical activities.  Emily-May is an extremely friendly and conscientious tutor, who always ensures that her student and other members of the group are comfortable at all times.  She leads with great enthusiasm and thinks carefully about how to make her activities accessible to the needs of all the students within the group.
